Shipping & Returns

Ordering Peppernuts from Van Delft Chocolates & Bakery is easy, fast and safe.

Delivery time

  • Any order placed before 11 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Sunday orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day.
  • The expected delivery time of a package sent within the Netherlands is 1 to 3 business days. 96% are delivered the next day.
  • The expected delivery time of a package sent to Germany and Belgium is 2 to 3 business days.
  • We deliver worldwide. The webshop automatically calculates shipping costs based on total weight.
  • We do not deliver on Sunday, but we do deliver on Monday.

*Delivery times and choice of delivery day are not a guarantee. There can always be delays with carriers, especially internationally.

Shipping costs

For orders under €40, delivery costs are €4.95 (within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany). If you want your order delivered to a country other than the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, please select Europe or Worldwide.


You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to our web store are for your own account.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at klantenservice@vandelftchocolates.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, it is only possible to return unopened items. The exchange of products is not possible.

Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible (klantenservice@vandelftchocolates.nl). We will try to change the order for you.
