Ordering and delivery

What is the delivery time of my order?

Any order placed before 11 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same business day.

The expected delivery time of a package sent within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 business days. Almost all packages are delivered the next day.

It is also possible to choose a specific delivery day in the check-out.

What are the shipping costs for my order?


- For orders under €40, delivery costs (within the Netherlands) are €4.95.

Belgium / Germany

- For orders under €40 for Belgium and Germany, delivery costs are €4.95.

Europe / Worldwide

- If you want your order delivered to a country other than the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, select Europe or Worldwide. The shop will automatically calculate the shipping costs based on the weight of your order.

Can I also pick up my order?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to pick up your order. Of course, you are welcome to visit one of our stores.

However, it is possible to select a PostNL collection point in the check-out.

Can I also have you deliver my order wrapped?

We pack all orders containing a gift box for you by default.

Can I have the package sent to an address other than my own?

You can specify in the ordering process to which address you want to receive your order.

It is also possible to select a PostNL pickup point in the check-out.

Can I also order on account?

Only for business customers is it possible to order on account.

Should I consider a minimum order in my order?

We apply a minimum order of €10, including shipping. Shipping of your order is free from €40,-.

Do your products fit through the mailbox?

Unfortunately, none of our products fit through the mailbox. Even the smallest bag of 200 grams of Natural Peppernuts does not fit through the mailbox.


In what ways can I checkout my order?

Payment of your order through our webshop is possible through Ideal, Apple Pay, Mastercard, VISA, bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna Back Payment, VVV gift card, Winkelcheque, Sofort Banking and Mister Coin.

Can I also reach the stores by phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to call any of our stores directly. This is because they do not have a direct phone number.

Allergens and Dietary Information

Do you also sell sugar-free Peppernuts?

We have tried this several times in recent years. To date, we are not yet satisfied with the end result, which is why we do not yet have any peppernut products with less or no sugar in our assortment.

Do you also sell gluten- and/or lactose-free Peppernuts?

We sell gluten and lactose free Peppernuts. Both natural and with chocolate.
