Gluten-free peppernuts are a special version of the traditional Dutch peppernuts developed for people with gluten intolerance. These peppernuts retain the characteristic crunch and rich, warm spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, but are made without ingredients that contain gluten. This makes them a safe and tasty choice for anyone who wants to enjoy Sinterklaas treats without worrying about allergies or intolerances.

Ingredients: chocolate couverture 25% (cocoa butter, cane sugar, rice syrup powder, cocoa mass, vanilla), white coating 25% (cane sugar, cocoa butter, rice syrup powder, emulsifier (lecithins), vanilla), corn starch, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, coconut), teff flour, Jarato starch, spices (contains o.a. cinnamon), glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, iodized salt, emulsifiers (mono en-diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins), acidity regulator (citric acid), raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), flavoring, glazing agent (arabic gum), preservative (sorbic acid).

May contain traces of nuts and sesame

Nutritional values per 100g: energy 2012kJ 482kcal, fats 28g, of which saturated 16g, carbohydrates 56g, of which sugars 33g, protein 1.3g, salt 0.28g.

Other information:

Lecithins. The lecithins contained in the gluten-free peppernut is from sunflower and therefore not from soy. When this is made from soy, it is always listed there in different typography because it is a legal allergen.

Vegan. The gluten-free peppernuts are free of animal products and are therefore suitable for vegans.
