These peppernuts retain the characteristic crunch and rich, warm spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, but are made without ingredients containing gluten or lactose. This makes them a safe and tasty choice for anyone who wants to enjoy Sinterklaas treats without worrying about allergies or intolerances.

Ingredients: corn starch, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, coconut), teff flour, Jarato starch, spices (includes cinnamon), emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins), raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, iodized salt, coloring agent (carotene), acidity regulator (citric acid), aroma.

May contain traces of nuts and sesame

Nutritional values per 100g: energy 1783kJ 425kcal, fats 18g, of which saturated 8.3g, carbohydrates 64g, of which sugars 25g, proteins 1.3g, salt 0.52g.

Other information:

Lecithins. The lecithins contained in the gluten-free peppernut is from sunflower and therefore not from soy. When this is made from soy, it is always listed there in different typography because it is a legal allergen.

Vegan. The gluten-free and lactose-free Peppernuts are free of animal products and are therefore suitable for vegans.
