1.1 What is the delivery time?
The expected delivery time of a package, shipped within the Netherlands, is 1 to 3 business days
Unfortunately we can't give you an estimate on international shipments due to the many differences between countries.
1.2 What are the shipping costs for my order?
The Netherlands
-Orders of €40,- or below pay €4,95 shipping costs (within The Netherlands)
Belgium / Germany
-Orders of €40,- or below pay €8,92 shipping costs
Europe / Worldwide
Do you want to ship your package abroad (Other than Belgium or Germany)? Please select Europe or Worldwide shipment upon checkout.
1.3 Can I come and pick up my order?

1.5 Can I ship my package to a different address than my own address?
Upon ordering you can decide on which address your package will be delivered

Unfortunately it is not possible to order on account. It is possible to pay by bank transfer. Do you own or work for a business and would you like to order our products, please contact us by using the e-mail [email protected]
1.7 Is there a minimal order quantity?
There is no minimal order quantity. Shipping (within The Netherlands) is free if you order for €40,- or more.
2.1 What are the possible payment methods?
Paying your order is possible by using Ideal, Mastercard, VISA, bank transfer, PayPal, Sofort Banking and Mister Coin.

We sell gluten- and lactose free peppernuts. If you have a question about the ingredients of a specific product, please contact us via [email protected] or via our Facebook page. Of course you can also contact one of our employees in one of our stores with your questions.
